You just stated that SA/CC had valid reasons for a war, and that you guys in Shinra/RC/VOTF lied to everyone and "tricked" corps such as Oracle, BOS, NGRU etc to fight for a reason that you had made up.
Delman we were at war with CFS we went to FIX to kill them its not piracy to kill someone you are at war with. Its common sence.
At the time you were seen if I remember rightly the peace deal had been brokered and you had no right to be in CFS space under the new treaty. So saying there was a war on at the time doesn't stand. AFAIK

Im not I was in CFS at the time and I remember it quite clearly. We where quite a*sed knowing you where seen fighting with them against CFS forces even though a treaty had been signed.

no-one ever cared about piracy, its always just been an excuse for war. it was for SA/FA/CFS/CC against CA, and now they are all hypocrits for working with Mo0. and the idea that cel-apoc, EV and other enemies of CA aren't working with them....

When sinister joined CA, leyla told me we weren't pirates anymore. I was unaware of this for 2 weeks while in CA, that we weren't allowed to pirate.
An That was about the time when the CFS war started because I was in CFS space an didn't even know we were at war an a guy in CFS warned me to leave CFS space or I'd be killed "I ended up running 2 blockades through CFS space an headed to CA"
That there is the major difference.
1) CA come to CFS space and kills anything not CA.
2) A CA in CFS space gets a warning and asked to leave (before current war). Anyone in CA space gets no warnings and just get shot.
3) The old argument. If you are a rat (fair enough needed in the game I'm not knocking the profession) that's good, But don't expect to turn around the next day and say we are not ratting anymore after you have ruined allot of peeps days and expect the rest of us to go oh ok.
